The UN has called the coronavirus crisis the biggest challenge for the world since World War Two, and called for global solidarity. But lower-income countries who will take the hardest hit from the devastating Covid-19 pandemic are due to spend $25 billion on debt payments to rich lenders in 2020 alone.
