Ask your MP to speak out for a ban on Israel's illegal settlement trade

On Thursday 9 July, Parliament is debating a ban on trade with Israel’s illegal settlements on the West Bank.

As Israeli violence in the West Bank escalates, and the state accelerates annexation of the West Bank, the UK government must not wait any longer to take action.

Trade and investment connected to these settlements helps to make the illegal occupation of Palestinian territory profitable, driving further settlement expansion and dispossessing Palestinians of their land.

The International Court of Justice has making clear that all countries must end all support for the occupation.

A ban on settlement trade is just the first necessary step the UK must take to end all economic, political and military support to Israel’s illegal occupation of the Palestinian territory.

Will you write to your MP and tell them to join the debate and call for a ban on trade with Israel’s illegal settlements now?
