Dirty energy firms are increasingly using ‘corporate courts’ to sue governments for taking climate action. The good news is that the Energy Charter Treaty, which contains corporate court provisions, is on the rocks. But unlike other major European countries, the UK has not yet committed to leaving it. The more people know about corporate courts, the more outraged they are.
